Hen nights, birthday parties & girly dos are our speciality. We select recreational pole in cosy venues rather than the harsh bright lights of gyms & fitness centres. You can choose from a selection of dance based activities- pole dancing, sexy salsa & samba,  burlesque, aerial hoop & trapeze, & other circus skills. You can book one class, or combine a number of activities over a week-end.

Pole dancing has been one of the fastest growing trends in fun fitness & recreation over the past few years. We have been running fun & fitness pole dancing classes for amateurs for regular exercise (without feeling like you're exercising!),  longer than anyone else in the UK.

Our aim is to encourage as many people to pole dance as possible, regardless of age, size, shape or gender. It's not just for young, skinny gymnasts- anyone can benefit from pole dancing- give it a go, you will surprise yourself!  You will notice an improvement in strength, fitness & confidence in a matter of weeks, & it is so much more fun than the gym!
